The Fluoride Report Card

Bringing the American Fluoride Mafia to heel

In a damning analysis of science, ethics and law, Washington Attorney James Robert Deal reveals the corruption behind the imposition of water fluoridation on the American people - and his analysis shows exactly where to look in other States practicing this obscene form of child abuse.

Doug Cross 15th May 2011

US Attorney James Robert Deal’s examination of the legal, ethical and scientific issues raised by water fluoridation is the definitive document on water fluoridation that we have all been waiting for. This ‘Fluoride Report Card’ was submitted to US. Department of Health and Human Services and the Environmental Protection Agency on May 9th 2011. It is a ‘must read’ reference source for all - both proponents of and campaigners against fluoridation - who need to understand the complex issues raised by this controversial form of public medication.

This devastating analysis is the result of international collaboration with a ‘virtual community’ of leading experts in those fields of science, medicine, ethics and law that relate to this disreputable form of clinical intervention. The text is comprehensive in its scope and meticulously detailed in its presentation. It provides all essential references, via live links to electronic versions of original publications, and to extracts from published peer-reviewed literature.

This evidence, drawn together and dissected by a trained and experienced lawyer, provides for the first time a fully integrated assessment of the sheer scale and scope of the corruption on which this practice is founded. It reveals the framework of deliberate medical misrepresentation, corrupt and improper behind-the-scenes deals, the official maladministration, and ultimately the criminal activities that riddle this state-sponsored form of child abuse. Deal’s analysis leads to the inevitable conclusion that the sole beneficiaries of fluoridation are the scientifically illiterate dental profession and the pharmaceutical giants on whom they now almost totally depend..

The document has been prepared as an opening shot in a planned anti-fluoridation class action in America. Although specifically directed towards the US Administration, Deal’s analysis inevitably points to similar patterns of systemic corruption in State health administrations and dental public health sectors around the world. Close similarities exist in British, Irish, Australian and Canadian public sector and private dental profession activities, and there is clear evidence of mutual collaboration on a global scale between this ethically compromised profession and the hard-nosed pharmaceutical multinationals.

Growing hostility by an increasingly well-informed public to a substance that has now become associated with the poisoning of its children inevitably threatens the value of the ‘Fluoride’ brand products of the toothpaste peddlers on which vast commercial empires have been founded. Deal’s exposure of the cozy relationship between corrupt and vested interests within political, administrative, professional and commercial sectors, resulting in the cynical manipulation of US legislation on drug licensing and regulation, raises questions that go far beyond accusations of mere misconduct.

The release of this analysis supports the exposures of the illegitimacy of fluoridation under European and British legal frameworks that I have published on this web site in the past. Taken together, they provide a framework on which powerful challenges can be issued to the politicians, health professionals, and commercial interests that cause physical and psychological damage to thousands of children in the UK and Ireland every year. The writing is on the wall - now it’s time for the people to read it and then to take action through the Courts.
